Series Preview: Charleston (S.C.) RiverDogs at Hickory Crawdads June 20-23

Charleston RiverDogs (New York Yankees) (37-33, third place, South Atlantic League Southern Division)

Hickory Crawdads (Texas Rangers) (41-25, third place, South Atlantic League Northern Division)

The Hickory Crawdads start the second half of the season with a four-game series at L.P. Frans against the Charleston RiverDogs.

Sunday: Charleston at Hickory, 5:00 p.m. Church Bulletin Sunday (Bring a church bulletin to the ticket office and receive a $6 ticket with $4 from each ticket donated back to the respective church), Hospitality Night (free ticket to hospitality/ service industry workers with valid work ID).

TICKETS: $9 tickets in advance, $10 at the gate. Children (12 and under) and seniors $8, $15 for VIP section.

PARKING: All parking is $3.

 

RECENT SERIES HISTORY:

Hickory took 2 of 3 from the RiverDogs during a home series back in May. The Crawdads are 33-25 against the Yankees affiliate at home since 2009, 59-50 overall.

The Crawdads finished off a solid first half with a four-game split at Delmarva (Md.) to cap a 4-3 road trip. Hickory wound up in third place in the Northern Division, but had the third-best record overall in the SAL.
